
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am a therapist, a cat mom, a great vegetarian cook. I have moved up and down the East Coast as an adult before moving across the country to see what the West Coast has to offer. These experiences have given me a personal appreciation for the challenges of navigating change, building friendships as an adult and the rewarding feeling of finding community in a new city. This personal journey along with my own healing from past traumas, deeply informs my work as a therapist. When I'm not in a session, you can find me at a workout class, making pottery, or being outdoors. I love to seek out new experiences and I believe a sense of curiosity is key to both personal growth and a joyful life.

The most powerful therapy is built on a genuine connection. That's why my approach is to show up as a person, not just a therapist. I won't just stare blankly and nod; I'm here to cheer you on, offer gentle but direct feedback, and provide support as you navigate life's twists and turns. We'll work together to make sense of your experiences helping you recognize that a meaningful life includes both the highs and the lows. Our work together will be full of purpose, even when it's challenging—and yes, we can even share some laughs along the way, making therapy feel like a journey you're willing to take, not a chore.
I specialize in helping highly motivated and high-achieving individuals overcome imposter syndrome, burnout, and anxiety. We will address stress management, general anxiety, specific phobias, panic attacks, and social anxiety to help you navigate life with confidence.

Along the way, we'll celebrate your wins and support you through challenges. ​My goal is that you will take the tools you learn here and apply them to your everyday life. I will demystify typical therapeutic approaches to help you learn practical therapy tools - there is nothing behind the curtain. I want you to take these skills and empower yourself to grow and embody the person you want to be in your life. We will go beyond talking and find behavior approaches that you can take with you into the rest of your life. ​
