My approach is centered on making you feel valued and comfortable, no matter what you're going through.
I specialize in helping highly motivated individuals overcome imposter syndrome, burnout, and performance anxiety. We will address stress management, general anxiety, specific phobias, panic attacks, and social anxiety to help you navigate life with confidence.

When I'm not in a session, you can find me at a workout class, making pottery, or cooking a veggie-based meal.
