WHY TELEHEALTH?
Telehealth services for mental health provide individuals with access to therapy and counseling through digital platforms. This approach allows patients to connect with licensed professionals via video calls, phone calls, or messaging, making mental health support more accessible. Telehealth can be particularly beneficial for those who may have difficulty attending in-person appointments. Overall, telehealth offers a flexible solution for managing mental health needs in today's fast-paced world.
I am licensed to provide services to anyone located in MA, CA, FL and NC.

WALK AND TALKS
I offer walk and talk sessions around Eagle Rock, CA. We would meet in a public setting and walk around a path near my office location. These can offer a chance to get fresh air and movement while engaging in sessions. These are not the right fit for all clients but can provide great benefits to some folks.
PAYMENTS
I currently work with several insurance companies. For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. There are several companies such as Thrizer or Mentaya who can handle the out-of-network process automatically for you if you choose to access their support. On average clients are reimbursed 70% of session fees. During our intake process, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be. You can also contact your carrier directly to ask about your out-of-network benefits.
